With the arrival of the new web docking station in the NT HygroLog NT series, there is nothing to stand in the way of climate monitoring across the globe. To put it at its simplest: Users

from all over the world can access the HygroLog NT at any time

via the web docking station, using an internet connection, and

read off various values, such as relative humidity, temperature

and other physical parameters.

The web docking station has four probe inputs and two digital inputs which, for example, can monitor door or other contacts. Analogue signals in the range from 0…2.5V or 4…20mA can be attached easily and, of course, also shown and logged directly in the WorldWide Web.

The web docking station has an integrated web server, which can be accessed directly via web browser using an IP address. The web server can display the current measured values, control recording through the logger, download recorded files and also configure the logger. The solution functions without software and works anywhere in the world; the only essential requirement is internet access.

The data logger in the HygroLog NT series has an almost limitless storage capacity: the logger saves to a Memory Flashcard which can be upgraded up to 1 GB.

Another innovative, helpful function is the possibility of generating XML and HTML pages which allow the data

to be integrated into other applications. This means that the required data can be integrated directly into company

specific programs or displayed on the company's own website. The docking stations are available with analogue inputs and on a WLAN basis. This allows a wide range of applications and means that data integration into the "net" is easy.
