Air Quality & Emissions Expo (AQE Expo), formerly known as APC Expo, has expanded for the 2025 edition of the Environmental Services & Solutions Expo (ESS Expo). As the leading event for emissions reduction, air quality control and industrial monitoring, AQE Expo will be a core component of ESS Expo, taking place from 17–18 September at the NEC, Birmingham.

Following an impressive turnout of almost 3,000 visitors at APC Expo in 2024, AQE Expo is set to be bigger and better for 2025, with state-of-the-art technologies, in-depth knowledge from leading experts, and strategic insights.

AQE Expo will feature innovations from over 100 leading companies, including Clarity, EarthSense, Environmental Industries Association, Oxtytec AG, Smart Sense, Microtech Filters, WWF, and mansy more. These exhibitors will showcase the latest advancements and strategies targeting the sectors; air monitoring and control, emission reduction technologies, odour and noise prevention and protection, dust management, emissions reporting, trading and carbon markets, ambient and indoor air quality, as well as health and safety.

The Expo will also host the prestigious Environmental Monitoring Awards, celebrating the greatest contributions to air quality and environmental monitoring advancement. Judged by industry experts, the awards will spotlight the top innovations driving progress in an era of increased focus on sustainability and regulatory compliance.

Attendees of AQE Expo will include energy generation, environmental consultancies, engineers, policy makers, manufacturing, emissions reduction companies and much more, creating a platform for engaging discussions, strategic meetings, and insightful presentations.

Rob Mowat, Event Director of ESS Expo, said: “There is a crucial need for ongoing conversations addressing the impacts and mitigation of air pollution to combat the environmental and health concerns affecting millions globally every day.”

“The expansion of AQE Expo creates a premier platform that will bring together industry experts and professionals to facilitate the sharing of ideas and strategies and ultimately create actionable innovation to reduce emissions and improve air quality. AQE Expo provides something for everyone connected to the world of emissions and air quality management and will inspire new ideas through the extensive networking opportunities with potential customers, suppliers and partners on offer.”

ESS Expo will also host Resource & Waste Management Expo (RWM Expo); Complete Auto Recycling Show (CARS Expo); Metal Recycling Event (MRE Expo); Water, Wastewater & Environmental Management Expo (WWEM Expo); Energy, Fuels & Decarbonisation Expo (EFD Expo); Contamination & Land Remediation Expo (CLR Expo) and Geotechnical Engineering and Operations Expo (GEO Expo), giving all attendees vast opportunities to source the latest services, technologies, and solutions for the wider environmental sector.
