Gas Pumps are a fundamental part of any gas analysis system, being used to transport gas from the sample extraction point to the analyser, and it is therefore essential to use high quality, hard wearing pumps which will be reliable over a long period of time.

Bühler Technologies GmbH have a wide variety of pumps designed for all types of applications: standard pumps can be used in general applications with nominal free flows of up to 800 l/h; ATEX/AMEX pumps and specialised pumps with intermediate flanges are also available for applications in explosive atmospheres; while double-headed pumps are available for analyser systems with two independent gas streams.

All Bühler gas pumps come with bellows made of solid PTFE, a design feature which has proven itself to be reliable and long-lasting in numerous applications. They are all designed to be as simple as possible, making maintenance easier and reducing the possibility of faults developing.

Also available are the newly released “CPsingle/CPdouble” Peristaltic Condensate Pumps which are specifically designed for pumping condensate from a gas analysis system into a suitable condensate storage vessel.
