Rugged, precise and reliable gas conditioning system specifically designed for combustion analysis

The GD1 is an advanced, rugged and efficient solution from Dado Lab for stack emission sample conditioning in combination with portable or rack mounted analysers. GD1 is the lightest compressor-based, cooling solution available on the market, weighing in at only 13 kgs, making it simple to transport to its operational location.

Thanks to its innovative, inverter-based cooling system operators can modulate the unit’s high cooling capability according to the performance of the heat exchanger, especially designed by Dado lab for this application.

In addition to its highly advanced system engineering, low weight and small dimensions, the refrigeration system works well in conditions in which there is high moisture content in the sample.

The GD1’s intelligent electronic management continuously controls the temperature of the refrigerating bath, the value of which is shown on the display. This device also automatically activates the sample suction pump when the pre-set point is reached, thus avoiding accidental aspirations of condensate and protecting the connected automated instruments downstream.
