Casella’s Flow Detective™ Plus is an electronic air flow metre calibrator. It was designed to measure the flow of air sampling pumps to within 2% accuracy. Flow Detective™ Plus can calibrate within airflows of 20mL/min to 5,000 mL/min to ensure correct flow. The calibrator is compatible with the Airwave App and has Bluetooth connectivity; calibration data can be sent by email, for improved traceability and pump calibration procedures.

The Flow Detective™ Plus broke the mould when it was launched as the world’s first calibrator with the ability to measure airflow pulsation, indicating if pulsation exceeded 10% for complete sampling confidence. When operated with Casella’s Apex2 or VAPex air sampling pumps, the Flow Detective™ Plus provides closed-loop automatic calibration, eliminating the need for manual inputting and significantly saving time on pump calibration.

The VAPex Pro has been designed for low flow sampling of vapours and gases, with an extensive flow range of 20mL-500mL/min; in addition, it offers superb back pressure capability. 

Apex2 Plus/Pro is used for flows of up to 5L/min; this medium flow air sampling pump was made to monitor workplace dust levels to help protect workers from the health problems associated with occupational exposures.
