Customised Baghouse Monitoring and Control Systems

B3 Systems' key business areas that are related to emissions include their patented PM spiking method and customised & integrated baghouse monitoring and control systems.

PM spiking allows facilities to calibrate their PM monitors over a wider PM concentration range. PM Spiking is controlled and repeatable, allowing quick changes in PM loading for testing conditions. It has been successfully applied to both dry and wet stacks.

B3 Systems' baghouse monitoring and control products and services include customised systems to complement and upgrade existing controls with real-time diagnostics. Applications include both on-line and off-line cleaning baghouses (pulse-jet, reverse-air, shakers, etc.).
