DIM.S regulators recently launched into the UK market by Air Liquide come with a stainless steel body and seat plus a Hastelloy membrane.
With a leak rate of less than 10 -9 mbar. l/s of helium they can be
supplied to handle flows up to 50 m3/hr (nominal for nitrogen).
