AGT-PSG’s MAK20 is a new generation of sample gas cooler which can be easily upgraded to a complete conditioning system. The compressor powered coolers include an optimised jet stream heat exchanger, this ensures minimised and best in class wash out rates.

Optional components (pre-separator, filter, flowmeter, acid dosage, humidity sensor and sample gas pump) enable MAK20 to be upgraded from a sample gas cooler to a complete integrated sample gas conditioning system. The flexible and modular design allows MAK20 to offer optimal compatibility to all analysis systems. The innovative jet stream heat exchanger technology (PVDF) guarantees the lowest possible gas dissolution rate is attained. The permanent separation of the condensate from the gas phase and the shorter contact time of the gas in the system, play important roles.

This unit features 1-4 gas paths (PVDF), 150-250Nl/h per gas path, max. inlet temp. 140°C as well as a patented exchangeable heat-exchanger, optimised for CEM-applications, lowest gas dissolution rate. It also includes wall-mount housing, 19″-rack versions, mobile versions and flexible configuration and customising.
