AGT-PSG boosts online presence

As many other companies the PerfectSamlpeGas Company AGT-PSG from Germany discussed how to best use the current situation and how to learn for the future. Except the production experts, many colleagues are working from home whilst  do their best not to lose contact to customers and users. Next to the extensive use of Microsoft Teams powered Video conferences, the company now improves the easy explanation of their products such as the Gas Sampling Probes, Heated Sample Lines and Gas Conditioning Systems such as Gas Cooler Products and solutions. Therefore, more than 15 movies were produced in order to give short descriptions of each solution and explain the added value to the customer. “The development and production of Sample Handling Equipment for Gas Measurements is a specialty itself, so we decided to explain our products in an interactive way – especially in time where many people are forced to stay home, Managing Director Jörg Erens explains. “We have been present on Youtube and LinkedIn for many years, but our industries are not categorised as the first mover – hopefully this might change now!”
