The WTW IQ Sensor Net system from Xylem Analytics (USA) offers unmatched adaptability and sustainability across a broad spectrum of online applications in wastewater monitoring. Its modular nature combined with intelligent, self recognition digital sensors provides the user with the flexibility to specify any combination of parameters and meter functions that suit a wide range of applications. The single system provides highly reliable measurements of pH/ORP, conductivity, dissolved oxygen (DO), temperature, turbidity/TSS, ammonium, nitrate and chemical oxygen demand (COD). Up to 20 sensors measuring any combination of 16 parameters can be monitored, logged and transmitted from a single controller that can display data from one, four or multiple sensors simultaneously.

The WTW IQ Sensor Net system delivers numerous cost saving benefits. It eliminates the need for sample preparation, as well as removing lag-time between sampling and measurement, significantly speeding up processes and offering real-time control. Also, the sensors operate for long periods requiring minimal maintenance. In addition, plug-and-play connection to any IQ sensor offers considerable time-savings and the system is expandable to enable more sensors and components to be incorporated in the future.
