Siemens (USA) are demonstrating three different flow measurement technologies at WWEM this year on stand 90, all with EA Mcerts approval. Over 10 years ago, Siemens were the first to achieve approval for open channel, ultrasonic meters. This was followed by mains and battery powered EM meters to DN1200. The technology range is extended with the addition of fixed and portable, clamp-on ultrasonic meters.

This choice allows Siemens to offer the best technology suited to the flow being measured. Clamp-on ultrasonic flowmeter use is growing, with value and reliance placed on data produced. Mcerts approval is essential in many applications, whilst providing a quality standard in many others.
