SolarSET from Labkotec Oy (Finland) is a solar powered alarm unit for monitoring the level of liquid hydrocarbon, sludge or high level in oil separators. Alarms can be transmitted to receiver station via GSM modem. SolarSET units are equipped with flashing beacon.

The central monitoring system consists of: Receiver station: PLC unit with GSM and antenna; operation panel; 230 VAC power supply; possible to connect to Labkonet service; Modbus interface for separate SCADA system.

SolarSET offers active alarms from SolarSETS; cut down on communication errors; battery voltage levels; every SolarSET has configurable substation name; device ID's and GSM numbers configurable; communication intervals; two GSM numbers to which; receiver station sends alarms; possible to add or remove sites; Up to 50 SolarSET units.
