When a tsunami struck the nations that surround the Indian Ocean and uprooted the lives of millions of people, the rest of the world helplessly watched. As survivors struggled to recover, volunteers stepped forward to lend a hand. Dr. Roddy Tempest and his colleagues at AmeriCares joined those efforts, and they gave us the opportunity to contribute in some small way, as well. Myron L Company was able to donate two Ultrameter IIâ„¢ 6Ps and a uDockâ„¢ accessory package to

Dr. Tempest to measure and monitor the basic parameters that indicate and affect water quality, the basis of life.

As a thank you, Dr. Tempest sent us these pictures of our instruments as they were used in his work in Sri Lanka.

Thank you, Dr. Tempest and AmeriCares, for your dedication to humanitarian relief and disaster response efforts.

We pledge our ongoing support for those who strive to improve the quality of water and of life for all humanity. www.myronl.com
