When you are monitoring water in the field, you need easy to use, robust and reliable equipment that’s easy to transport. The AP-2000 and GPS Aquameter, from Aquaread (UK), define easy to use, allowing you to capture a vast amount of data by the press of a single button. Calibration is also kept simple using the supplied RapidCal multiparameter calibration solution.

The Aquaprobe begins to measure all of your important water quality parameters as soon as it’s switched on, and gives an audible notification when all readings are stable, making your job easier when taking readings. The GPS Aquameter gets your location in less than a minute, providing location data with every dataset you record; you will always know where your data was captured when using the Aquameter.

The AP-2000 Aquaprobe comes with an impressive array of included sensors and has multiple customisation options to suit your ever-changing monitoring requirements. A combined optical dissolved oxygen, conductivity and temperature sensor is fitted as standard to the AP-2000. This space saving innovation allows more sensors to be fitted to the probe than any other multiparameter water-monitoring probe. A combined pH/ORP sensor is also included, and various calculated parameters such as salinity and total dissolved solids also come as standard.

There are various customisation options available with the AP-2000 Aquaprobe. You can add a depth sensor to allow you to record water level changes with 0.5% FS accuracy, you can add one of our optical sensors such as turbidity or chlorophyll, or you can add an ion selective electrode such as ammonium or nitrate, allowing an unrivalled 13 parameters to be recorded simultaneously within a 2” diameter probe.

Sensors are user exchangeable which gives the flexibility to customise the sensor layout according to your job requirements. All of this comes packed in a rugged carry case which is fully sealed and vented, with foam cutouts to keep your equipment safe when traveling from location to location.
