ETG portable syn-biogas pre-treatment unit

The new ETG Portable syngas pre-treatment unit meets the requirement in gas analysis to have a clean gas to feed the analyser removing dust/tar/moisture to obtain a clean and dried sample to analyse.

Syngas frequently contains moisture, particulate, and even corrosive gases. It is important to remove these constituents from the sample gas before analysing it.

In some cases, the produced gas contains a variety of contaminants that should be removed from the sample prior to entering the analyser. Gasification plants that have municipal waste as their feed stock are frequently in this category.

The Scrubber water wash system (bubbler) thoroughly mixes the sample and runs it through a specialized column of water. This dissolves any water-soluble contaminants and will eliminate any residual solids from the sample.
