MSA Safety acquires Bacharach Inc.

MSA Safety Incorporated recently completed its acquisition of Bacharach, Inc. in a transaction valued at $337 million. Bacharach is globally established gas detection company with a range of instrumentation widely used in the HVAC-R sector. Bacharach typically generate annual sales in the region of $70 million.

Nish Vartanian, MSA Chairman, President and CEO stated, "We're very excited to officially welcome Bacharach to the MSA family. Mr. Vartanian also said that MSA and Bacharach have been working in collaboration to ensure a smooth integration.
