Stopford Projects Ltd Establish New Environment and Research and Development Team

Stopford Projects Ltd (UK), an established multi-disciplinary engineering company have expanded their services portfolio by opening an Environmental Research Development office at the Lancaster University Environment Centre. Prior to the office opening Stopford began to focus on environmentally based projects and have been successful in developing a core expertise in Waste to Energy projects, Biofuel technologies and energy efficiency consultancy work.

The newly established environmental team has developed a strong alliance with Lancaster University bringing together broad industrial expertise and skills with academic excellence. Using world class R&D facilities, the team is able to offer clients a flexible but holistic service for the development and commercialisation of novel environmental technologies. The team has capabilities in the identification of R&D grants, proposal writing, desk based consultancy, technology validation trials, laboratory analysis, and regulatory reviews. Furthermore the experienced team of consultants can provide assistance in all areas of the environment including chemicals analysis, emissions to air and water, site investigation, environmental monitoring and modeling and environmental impact assessment.
