The powerful and versatile ZM 200 from Retsch combines maximum performance with ease of use. This rotor mill allows for extremely rapid size reduction of a vast range of materials which considerably increases the sample throughput in the sample prep laboratory. The grinding tools can be cleaned easily and quickly so that cross
contamination due to frequently changing sample materials can be successfully avoided. Thanks to the patented cassette system, 100% sample recovery is guaranteed.
The two-step size reduction process by shearing and impact forces allows for rapid and gentle grinding down to a fineness which usually ranges between 100 and 500 micrometers. Due to the wide selection of accessories which include different rotors, ring sieves and cassettes,
the ZM 200 can be adapted to a great variety of size reduction tasks. In many industries the ZM 200 has become the standard in sample preparation.
Powerful drive with speed range from 6,000 to 18,000 min-1, Rapid and gentle grinding with 2-step rotor/ring sieve system. Easy handling and cleaning. Great variety of applications thanks to manifold accessories.
Motor compartment and electronics protected against dust and material penetration.
