OPTIMA® 35-MS from Machery-Nagel (Germany) is the newmid-polar ultra lowbleed GC capillary column with unique selectivity.
The new OPTIMA® 35-MS is THE alternative phase for 17- or 1701-phase as confirmation column in combination with a 1- or 5MS. It was a unique selectivity in the mid-polar region (USP G 42); Ultra low bleed silarylene phase with higher polarity, your benefit -> Ion trap and Quadrupol-MS-combat; No CN-groups in the polymer, your benefit -> no limits for the use of ECD and NPD-detectors, 100% water stable phase; Temperature stability up to 370º, your benefit -> shorter retention times and a longer lifetime of the column; Excellent deactivation, your benefit -> reliable quantifications even for critical samples at ultra trace levels.
