Cutting Edge Technology in Most Confined Spaces

Since its foundation InfraTec has concentrated on the development and production of pyroelectric infrared detectors in a wide variety and of highest quality. At Electronica India in December 2020 InfraTec will present itself with the latest sensor technologies for the needs of industry and science.

InfraTec offers optimised solutions for different applications like gas analysis, infrared flame sensors or spectroscopy. The application spectrum ranges from environmental protection measurements, patient monitoring under anaesthesia in medicine to the detection of gas leaks or typical spectral radiation caused by burning organic substances.

In order to meet the needs of customers and our own detector production, continuous research and development of new sensor technologies is necessary. The developers have extensive experience in the fields of packaging, pyroelectric materials and signal processing electronics. This knowledge is a prerequisite for the development of innovative products, but also for the optimisation of the production technologies used and the further development of extensive measurement technology. The resulting modular system of pyroelectric detectors with about 50 standard types consists of single channel, multi-channel (for example PYROMID® multi channel detectors from InfraTec) and special detectors. Tunable detectors and infrared filters complete the product range. Detectors with reduced microphony and integrated operational amplifier as well as a new detector family with tunable filter based on MOEMS are also part of InfraTec's spectrum.
