Hitech Instruments range of zirconia oxygen analysers just got even better! New electronics are combined with an extensive knowledge base of zirconia sensor manufacture. It has never been so easy to measure oxygen, from % to ppm levels – wherever you are!

The dedicated software, supplied on CD and included free of charge, allows the user true remote control capability. Readings, setting of output and calibration can all be done remotely. This is achieved by a fully bi-directional RS232 port.

The Z1030 is a panel mount instrument with a remote mounted sensor unit which offers great versatility for the user. The Z230 is a robust, portable instrument for the benchtop with integral, long life sensor. Both feature a zirconia sensor which has very fast response and low warm-up time. The Z1030 and Z230 are both supplied complete – inlets, valves, flowmeter, sensor – everything you need in the basic price.

Typical applications include nitrogen generators, purge gas soldering systems, air separations and glove boxes. However the technical support engineers at Hitech are always ready to offer advice and solutions for new applications.

Hitech realise that the analysis is only as good as the sample presented to the sensors. Different sampling conditioning accessories and options are available including an integral pump, an injection port and a fast flow system.
