Casella Establishes Dedicated Technical Support Team

Casella Measurement (UK) a manufacturer of high performance occupational health, safety and environmental monitoring equipment, has established a new dedicated Technical Support Team, based at its offices in Kempston, Bedford.

Previously handled by the Sales Team or Field Service Engineers, all technical queries received from customers will now be dealt with by the brand new team.

Casella Managing Director Adrian Shepherd comments: “The new service brings a greater level of technical grounding and focus. It is our intention to ensure that any technical issues are resolved quickly and efficiently and to the ultimate satisfaction of our customers.”

The new dedicated Technical Support Team comprises knowledgeable telephone operatives who man the support phones and web ticket system, backed up by members of Casella’s Technical Services Team.

Adrian concludes: “It’s early days yet for the new Technical Support Team but, by analysing feedback relating to technical queries received from customers, we expect to play an integral role in ensuring the continuous improvement in quality, customer care and product design at Casella”.
