High resolution robust OEM and portable Mid-IR, FTIR gas spectrometers

Arcoptix recently introduced the Gasex HD-05 gas spectrometers with a resolution of 0.5 cm-1 in a spectral range of 2-12 microns (830 – 5000 cm-1). This matches the requirements of the new legal standards for use of FTIR technology in the industry and environmental monitoring. The spectrometers are designed for simple and reliable deployment even in harsh operational conditions.

Lightweight, compact and robust construction remain an imperative for all Arcoptix products - 13kg and (450 x 320 x 280)mm for the portable unit Porta (8 hours autonomy), 3.8 kg and 380 x 180 x 120 mm for the OEM version. The achieved 0.5 cm-1 spectral resolution while keeping the size and weight identical to its predecessors significantly broadens the field of possible applications of Gasex spectrometers and enables effortless upgrades where needed. A Gasex HD-05 is simple to use; the first spectrum is obtained within minutes after unpacking.
