Using a unique mix of gas chromatograph technology and a photoionisation detector (PID), the VOC 72M from Environnement S.A (France) has a superior performance standard equal to laboratory chromatographs. Robust and low maintenance (no PID lamp cleaning), with wide voltage range specifications (90-240V), it is equally suited to fixed or mobile ambient air quality monitoring stations.

Able to provide detection in the ppb range and equipped with an LCD screen, the VOC 72M can be used to sample, analyse and manage data from VOC samples in a simple and completely autonomous mode. The LCD screen easily displays the gas chromatograph peaks directly-on-screen without any need for a laptop or PC. The imperceptible memory effect (10 times lower than required by the standard EN14662-3) allows the calibration of the analyser on a single cycle without an external PC. The column is equipped with an innovative liquid-cooler; the retention times are stable even with a fluctuating temperature.

Finally, the remote diagnosis without opening the hood, the replacement of the trap in less than 2 minutes requiring no adjustment, a PID detector more sensitive, more stable and whose lamp does not need to be cleaned, integrated flow control fittings, the use of only one gas (nitrogen), a 3 levels security system built on, etc. makes this robust and low maintenance instrument the must have for air quality for monitoring networks.

The VOC72M is TÜV certified and complies with the European standard EN14662-3 for the measurement of benzene.
