Water meter flow calibration services

Renowned for its ultra-low flow calibration services for liquid and gas flowmeters, the Young Calibration laboratory recently completed the commissioning of its’ high flowrate water meter facility for 4” and 6” line sizes. Due to customer demand for water meter calibrations for OIML R49, EN14154 and ISO 4064 water meter calibrations for single jet, multi-jet, helix, magnetic and ultrasonic flowmeters are now available on flowmeters up to DN150 diameter and covering flow rates to 250 m3/hr. The Young Calibration Laboratory can offer both non-accredited water meter calibrations to 4000 l/min and accredited water meter calibrations to 1000 l/min, satisfying customer preferences for accuracy, accreditation and cost. Regular UKAS accredited calibration of your water meters will ensure your measurement system remains compliant, accurate and provides you with an approved measurement confidence. Many liquid flow meters are capable of being utilised on different fluids and facilities are available for flow meter calibrations on fuels, hydraulic oils and solvents. The hydrocarbon flow calibration facility covers meters up to 50 mm line size and 700 l/min. The Young Calibration laboratory (UKAS Lab 0604) provides customers with a cost effective, professional calibration solution for a wide range of air flow, liquid flow, air velocity and pressure instrumentation utilised in the utility and environmental sectors.
