GasMix, from UP Analytical (USA), is the perfect companion to set up on-site customised preparation for single and multipoint calibration gas standards. The principle is based on the mixing and/or dilution of two to twelve gas standards and may be used with virtually all types of analytical instruments with applications such as analyser calibration and validation, to odourise natural gas, synthetic gas mixture generation, glove box atmosphere control, reactor gas feeding, sample conditioning prior to analysis, and much more.

Linearity, accuracy and repeatability will guarantee the success of analyses. GasMix can also handle unknown samples.

With dedicated software, GasMix operates on its own from a single injection to a fully automated and pre-programmed sequence. This unit can remotely control an external injection valve and the start of an analyser.

The built in Audit Trail function ensures a total traceability of the operations carried out. Regular automatic sequences may be saved and recalled at any time. An easy on-the-screen access to an online Help will assist the user at any time.

Some significant benefits of this instrument are:  1) The number of standard gas cylinders to be stored is reduced; 2) Eliminate need for low level standards with short shelf life; 3) Drastically reduced operator time; 4) Traceable, ISO compliant COA for every mixture delivered; 5) Easy to use; 6) Expansion of analytical capabilities.
