At the upcoming AQE (Air Quality & Emissions) Exhibition, taking place in Birmingham this coming October, TOFWERK will showcase their highly advanced Vocus CI-TOF real time VOC analyser, which provides a highly precise and efficient turnkey solution for monitoring VOCs and odorous compounds online, without the need for sample preparation or gas chromatography separation. TOFWERK’s innovative analyser offers end-users easy and effective in-situ, fenceline VOC analysis; when monitoring benzene levels it achieves an impressive limit of detection (LOD) of  10 pptv per second. This enables refinery operators to react quickly to excessive benzene emissions based of reliable and accurate data. The Vocus CI-TOF has an excellent track record; it has been widely used with mobile labs to map VOC concentrations at industrial locations, dealing with noxious odours escaping into residential areas and assisting regulatory bodies in discovering the source of air pollutants so air quality regulations can be enforced and adhered to.

Industrial air emission regulations are becoming more and more stringent across the globe. The Vocus CI-TOF provides rest-assured precision and reliability that will enable local authorities and industrial plant operators to ensure compliance to fenceline requirements, and thereby protect both personnel and the surrounding communities. Whilst conventional monitoring technology struggles to keep up with environmental legislation because of complex deployments, time consuming passive sampling and offline analysis, loss of sampling devices and insufficient meteorological data, the TOFWERK Vocus overcomes these hurdles to offer their customers a simple, precise and dependable solution.
