PSG’s Process Cooler MAK Process C is a compact high-performance and low-maintenance compressor cooler designed for continuous extractive gas analysis. Its innovative features provide accurate and constant lowering of the sample gas’ dew point, ensuring that water vapour cross sensitivities and volumetric errors are minimised, and damage to the analyser is avoided.

With its precise proportional temperature control, long-lasting hot-gas bypass system, and corrosion-resistant heat exchangers, the MAK Process C achieves low extremely constant dew points. It can compensate for load fluctuations and high thermal stress, promoting the rapid transport of the sample to the analyser.

The MAK Process C operates with the FCK-free refrigerant R134a, and its heat exchanger is made of stainless steel, ensuring corrosion resistance and ease of replacement. It also features a digital display for temperature monitoring and an alarm contact for fault signal reporting.

In addition, the PSG Process Cooler MAK Process C has a compact design, with a mono or dual heat exchanger that guarantees optimal energy exchange between sample gas and cooling medium. Its solid aluminium cylinder provides effective cold storage that supports the compensation of unfavourable operating conditions.

PSG’s MAK Process C is equipped with an exchangeable heat exchanger that enables easy replacement without dismantling the device. It also has an optional condensate drain for condensate removal, which can be configured in an oxygen-clean version on request.

The MAK Process C is perfect for various applications that require high-performance compressor cooling. It is an ideal choice for those who demand reliability, durability, and efficiency.
