New Ex Class Cooler

The JCT sample gas coolers have been designed to lower the sample dew point and separate water vapour from humid sample streams in gas analysis systems. JCT (Austria) customers have always appreciated the coolers for their reliability, the quality of the heat exchanger, low maintenance and of course the long life time.

JCT is therefore very proud to announce that the well-proven JCT-5 Ex class cooler has been optimized in order to serve customers in the most efficient way. When gases shall be measured reliably in hazardous areas, the JCT-5 Ex class cooler is in a class of its own! The cooler features a high performance heat exchanger, which measures and grants a real and stable dew point of +3°C even for very high flow rates. The heat

exchanger is available in PVDF, glass and stainless steel and avoids damage of the analyzer. The cooler can be equipped with 1 to 4 gas paths and features the best compressor on the market which has a very long life time.

The digital display shows temperature, status and operation information. The new JCT-5 Ex class cooler complies with the actual EU directives, is environment-friendly and incorporates only high quality components which are the key factors for its success!
