Instromet’s 0-10 volt and 4-20mA DIN rail wind sensors are the most recent addition to their range of weather monitoring and activation equipment. These industry standard outputs can be connected to PLCs etc for automatic applications.
Examples include building maintenance systems such as automatic window and vent closure, awning retraction or in situations where a device such as a switch, motor or pump needs to be activated or deactivated dependant on a set wind speed/direction.
These sensors are available alongside Instrumet’s range of wind switches, standalone wind, sun, rain and temperature sensors as well as a range of weather stations and data loggers.
