UV-DOAS monitoring technology set to take the stage at CEM in Barcelona

Hubei Cubic-Ruiyi Instrument Co., Ltd., will be exhibiting at the upcoming CEM 2023 in Barcelona; they are a wholly owned subsidiary of Cubic Sensor and Instrument Co., Ltd. Established in 2010, Cubic-Ruiyi is a high-tech enterprise specialising in providing gas composition and gas flow measurement solutions in the fields of environmental monitoring, process gas monitoring, and smart metering. Based on the advantages of the Cubic Sensor core gas sensing technology platform, Cubic-Ruiyi developed a series of gas analysers with advanced technical principles, such as non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) technology, ultraviolet differential absorption spectroscopy (UV-DOAS) technology, laser Raman technology (LRD), ultrasonic technology, thermal conductivity (TCD) technology and light scattering detection (LSD) technology.

Cubic-Ruiyi will exhibit their Gasboard-3000UV flue gas analyser for NOx measurement on their CEM 2023 stand. The gas analyser utilises a UV DOAS sensor to replace the NOx converter to directly measure NO and NO2 - and then calculate NOx.

The Gasboard-3000UV features a single sensor for measuring 3 gas components of SO2, NO and NO2 simultaneously. This device performs the measurement of ultra-low NO and NO2, in the lowest range of 0-100mg/m3; it provides a high resolution of 0.1ppm and excellent accuracy of 1%FS. The analyser is unaffected by moisture vibration interference.

Gasboard-3000UV adopts UV DOAS sensor to measure NOX is an innovative long lifetime solution with high accuracy,good stability and less maintenance. Furthermore, it can match with NDIR sensor to measure CO, CO2, CH4 etc widely used in pollutant emission monitoring to ensure the compliance with local and international emission regulations.
