For situations when you can only take measurements in the field, but you want the same precision that you get in the laboratory: HORIBA presents the PG-350 P-AMS.

Part of the highly successful and acclaimed PG-300 series, the PG-350 P-AMS launched in July 2020 has recently been certified by the TÜV Rheinland as fulfilling the requirements of the EN 15267 part 1, 2 and 4 (MCerts: application in progress) as Standard Reference Method (SRM) for the periodic measurement of stationary source emissions from stationary sources (QAL1).

Improvements in the sensitivity of the renowned HORIBA chemiluminescence (CLD) detector technology enabled the realisation of the lowest certified NOx measuring range to date (102.5 mg.m-3 / 50 ppm) for portable analysers.

Building on the original robust PG-300 design, the whole system is IP42 compliant according to EN 60529, affording protection against dust and light rain. It can therefore be used in demanding and challenging measuring locations without the need for a separate waterproof cover or bag. All this was achieved without significantly increasing the weight of the components or compromising design and performance.
