Fives’ Pillard® range of analysers and instruments are suited to a large variety of applications and industrial plants and are compliant with the majority of recognised, global standards.

On CEM India stands 56 & 57 Fives will display its state-of-the-art Pillard® analysers and instruments for 3 main applications: emission dust monitors, oxygen analysers for combustion control and automatic water draining automatic solutions.

For visitors who wish to find out about Five’s emission dust monitors; Fives recently acquired the assets of a Finish company to consolidate its portfolio and strengthen its leading position on the analysers and instruments market. Fives now offer a complete range of solutions, from back-scattering to transmission certified dust monitors.

The Pillard OPASTOP® GP4000H is used for low applications with medium dust concentration, adapted to all industries, from small to large sized ducts, in weak and substantial dust concentration, and suitable for light and dark coloured particles. Pillard Opastop® GP4000H-EX features advanced back scattering technology for stacks and after bag filter monitoring and can be adapted to specific industries’ criteria and suitable for explosive environments.

The Pillard LM-3086 is an opacity monitor that uses laser transmission technology and is approved by US EPA, as well as having TÜV and MCERTS approvals. The Pillard LM 3189 is an opacity monitor that utilises laser transmission and is suitable for a variety of industrial applications, including road tunnels, to enable high sensitivity and high concentration measurement without changing the components within the system.

For oxygen analysis and combustion control, the PILLARD OXYCHECK™; this is the latest generation of oxygen concentration analyser for ensuring optimal fuel-efficiency of industrial burners. Pillard Oxycheck™ consists of an electronic unit and a measuring probe, maintaining the integrity of the electronics during the operation.

Fives also provide a cutting-edge solution for automated water drainage solutions. The Pillard TK DRAIN is the latest innovation by Fives for storage tank drainage optimisation. This solution uses smart connected technology (WiFi, Bluetooth, Ethernet) and high-tech components to ensure lower energy consumption. The Pillard TK Drain has been designed to prevent hydrocarbons from being released with wastewater and is compatible with autonomous green power supply (solar panel), thus facilitating environmental compliance for their clientele and enhancing its carbon footprint.
