The D-fencelineTM system by Atmosfir Optics is their most recent air monitoring solution to control and manage fugitive emissions. The system has been developed, based on Open Path FTIR to meet and comply with the new regulatory standards and methods in the US and has a set of very unique features for the user. The revolutionary technology based on remote sensing techniques is installed along the fenceline of the monitored area and is designed with a patented algorithm to provide accurate concentration of pollutants in the air. Dozens of compounds can be detected simultaneously, quantified and located by the system in an unprecedented detection limit, all in real time with alerting mechanism and spectral validation.

The system is designed to comply with the new legislation we witness happening worldwide. The continuous spatial monitoring had been proved to be a significant way to draw a clear picture of the air quality, minimise risks due to dangerous emissions, prevent emergencies, reduce expensive downtime of operation and reduce the probability of violation of the regulation.
