Focus on Solutions: `Intelligent metering` - energy-saving at the same time as conserving resources and protecting the environment

A 'Focus on Solutions' is ProMinent's promise for the HANNOVER MESSE, at the Pump Plaza in Hall 14 on Stand L09 - the hub for pump systems and components. The Heidelberg-based manufacturer is underlining its brand promise with its products and their benefits: Energy and chemical savings. Process technology tasks can now be solved sustainably, efficiently and more environmentally friendly.

ProMinent will be exhibiting its diaphragm metering pump delta® for micro-metering, its solenoid metering pump gamma/ L in conjunction with its innovative flow meter Dulcoflow, its new metering pump Beta and its dual-head process metering pump Hydro/ 2.

50% reduction in energy consumption

Energy consumption can be reduced by about 50 percent by the use of new technology with the solenoid metering pump Beta, which features pulse step-up and step-down compared with the preceding model, enabling ultra-precise adaptation to external signal generators and resulting in simpler and more accurate adjustment of metering to actual demand.

Ultra-precise volumes with Dulcoflow

The Heidelberg-based company will be presenting its metering pump gamma with the flow meter Dulcoflow as an example of precise metering proportional to volume, a solution that results in significant savings in terms of chemicals. The combination of the metering pump and flow meter leads to chemicals being fed in to meet demand – only the required volume of chemicals is fed into the process, thereby improving process safety and quality.

This results in "intelligent metering" – energy-saving, conserving resources and protecting the environment - in line with the main theme of the Hannover Messe - "greentelligence".
