Conventional pyroelectric detectors work at a fixed wavelength depending on the infrared filter selected, but in contrast to this InfraTec developed a tuneable detector with an integrated Fabry-Perot filter.

Two different standard ranges are available from 3.0 to 4.1µm and from 3.9 to 4.8µm. Now following complex research and product development we can extend our tuneable product group to the range between 8.0 to 10.5µm as well.

For the first time in the UK InfraTec will demonstrate this longer wavelength product at WWEM. A detailed presentation will be given at the COGDEM workshop room on Thursday November 11th at 10:00 am. Preliminary data sheet and application note can be collected from InfraTec on stand 49.
