Opening of an Asia-Pacific Technical Center

Torion Technologies (China), miniaturised, person portable capillary gas chromatography manufacturers - toroidal ion trap mass spectrometry (GC-TMS) technology, announces the opening of a new Asia-Pacific (AP) Technical Center in Beijing China and the appointment of Mr. Bing Liu as the new Chief.

Representative for the Technical Center. The new AP Technical Center will support the growing volume of Torion product sales in this region of the world. The Technical Center’s primary mission is to support Torion’s distributors in the Asia-Pacific markets. Specific functions of the AP Technical Center will include sales and service support of distributors, as well as supply chain facilitation and technical training.

Torion also announces the appointment of Mr. Bing Liu as the AP Technical Center’s Chief Representative. Mr. Liu received his BE from Nanjing University of Science and Technologies, and a second degree in international commerce from the same university. He established a personal business before immigrating to Canada where he worked for 6 years in the international commercial banking field. Mr. Liu also has a working background as a chief representative, service manager and product manager for other international companies in the Asia-Pacific regions, particularly in China. Mr. Liu has over 10 years of experience in developing business and managing distributors, as well as in direct sales operations in Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Southeast Asia and Europe. His strong managerial skills, multi-cultural business experience in Asia Pacific countries, along with his excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Chinese will allow Mr. Liu to make significant contributions to Torion’s growth in this region.
