RSK Group has Rebranded Three of its Companies

RSK STATS Ltd, RSK STATS Geoconsult Ltd and RSK STATS Environment Health & Safety Ltd were formally registered as companies, superseding STATS Ltd, RSK Geoconsult Ltd and RSK Environment Health & Safety Ltd.

As a part of the integration, all STATS personnel previously based in St Albans have moved to RSK Group’s recently expanded office and laboratories in Hemel Hempstead.

The Hemel Hempstead office now accommodates 169 staff, making it the largest office in the RSK Group. Rebrand aside, STATS’s office in Coventry continues to operate as before, providing site investigation, asbestos management and legionella, risk-assessment services.

Former STATS managing director Fergus Collie takes on the position of managing director of RSK STATS Ltd, a company that offers a broad range of specialist services, including construction materials’ consultancy, expert witness support, and structures’ investigation, testing and inspection.

The company will benefit from a new, purpose-built, testing and chemistry laboratory, registered with the UK Accreditation Service (UKAS), which has boosted RSK Group’s already formidable analytical testing portfolio.
