Merck’s (Germany) Spectroquant® Pharo 100 and 300 spectrophotometers combine the benefits of system photometers with the versatility of spectrophotometers and open up the possibilities for water and food analysis. The latest software version v 2.03 provides new methods for the Pharo instruments.

The Pharo instruments in the APHA 2120F method record every 10 nm, a single value in the range of 400 to 700 nm. These 30 values are combined and expressed as a single result.

Additionally, the software provides 3 different methods for chlorophyll measurement and an option to analyse nitrate in the Pharo 300.
