N96 - Diaphragm Vacuum Pump and Compressor High Performance
Jun 04 2020
KNF showcasesâ¯aâ¯newâ¯powerful pump for a wide range of applications. The N96 is suited for gas sampling analysis and all other processesâ¯requiring reliableâ¯andâ¯precise transfer of gaseous samples. Compact andâ¯high performing, it can transfer even aggressive & corrosive media. Its robust design means it can be used with a broad spectrum of media at temperatures up to 70â¯degrees Celsius.â¯â¯â¯ â¯
Available with either an EPDM membrane or a PTFEâ¯coated membrane, the N96 is chemically resistant and highly tolerant ofâ¯vapourâ¯and condensate,â¯making the N96â¯perfect for use in instrumental analysis. In this field, the N96 can perform the typical tasks of gentle, precise preparation and transfer of samples for analysis as well as safeâ¯aspirationâ¯of chemical liquid waste mixtures.â¯â¯
Withâ¯itsâ¯highly efficient brushlessâ¯DCâ¯motor and rotational speed control, thisâ¯diaphragm pump can dynamically meet the requirements of complex operating profiles.â¯The N96 lowâ¯heatâ¯emissionâ¯makes itâ¯suitableâ¯for useâ¯inâ¯ambient temperatures of up to 50â¯degrees Celsius. The pump canâ¯effortlesslyâ¯start upâ¯againstâ¯load, has aâ¯flow rate upâ¯toâ¯8.5 l/min and can produceâ¯2.5â¯bargâ¯pressureâ¯andâ¯vacuum down toâ¯100â¯mbar abs, whilstâ¯running continuously.â¯
â¯The Nâ¯96 is a powerful pump for gas sampling analysis and instrumental analysis.â¯â¯
