Inficon (USA) introduces the CMS5000 Monitoring System for continuous, unattended remote monitoring of water or air. Using GC (gas chromatograph) technology, CMS5000 analyses and quantifies Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) and Toxic Industrial Chemicals (TICs) on-site for accurate results in minutes. The analytical data is representative of actual water conditions at the time of sampling, providing the answers needed to make fast decisions about potentially critical issues.

Managing the sample collection and analysis sequence is easy through programmable CMS IQ software utilising on-board default methods. CMS5000 requires virtually no operator involvement once initial installation

and setup is complete. The data can be automatically uploaded after every run via FTP to virtually anywhere in the world and the user can remotely access the system to view data or select an alternate method.
