Gardner Denver Thomas (Germany) has developed a completely new peristaltic pump offering the “QuiXchange system” which is making tube changes extremely easy. In a matter of seconds the tube can be changed safely and completely without using any special tools. The spring loaded roller carrier and the optimised housing provide an optimal protection of the tube and allows an extremely long durability. Even at high loads associated with pumping highly viscous liquids the countered bearing motor shaft guarantees a safe operation.

As an option the flow rate can be electronically adjusted. Through integrated electronics and a potentiometer the on-time can be regulated and the delivery rate set between of 0 and 3 l/h.

Naturally there are different tube sizes and qualities available to meet virtually any requirement. The suction height is 8 m and the pressure height is 10 m. With attractive pricing and various mounting possibilities this product is an ideal OEM component. Typical applications are dosing of cleaning agents, delivering rinsing liquid and chemicals, and removal of condensation.
