Gardner Denver Thomas (Germany) has extended the JADE series with an additional pump type. The twin-head version is now also available as single-head. The modular system design, on which the entire product line is based, allows the combination of different motor types and pump head configurations. Thereby, as an example, either pressure or vacuum versions designed for very high flow are possible. In such cases our so called “angular” diaphragm is utilised. For applications requiring higher pressures or vacuum, or indeed simultaneous pressure and vacuum our “flat” diaphragm is chosen.

The performance data speaks for itself: free flow of 4.5 l/min, pressure of 1.9 bar and vacuum of 78 %. With dimensions of 80 x 30 x 55 mm and a weight of 180 g this ratio of performance to size has never been reached in this sector before.   Gardner Denver Thomas offers the product with different motors – from low cost to high quality. The brushless motor version with integrated controller offers outstanding possibilities for flow control. The pump is available in 12 and 24 V as well as with different eccentrics and materials for aggressive media.
