ACHEMA 2009 is underlining its commitment to supporting research and innovation worldwide by offering universities free exhibition booths
within the event’s Research and Innovation area.
This enables universities to exhibit their research skills and capabilities to 180 000 visitors from 100 countries.
The leading international event for chemical engineering, environmental protection and biotechnology, ACHEMA 2009 is a magnet for the whole supply chain including end users, contractors, distributors and senior executives from global organizations. The event attracts key people right through from research to final production, not just from within Europe, but increasingly from emerging markets in Asia and elsewhere.
Greatly reduced stand space rental rates are also being offered by ACHEMA 2009 to any start-up companies established since mid-2006.
The reduced pricing incentive aims to give startups a low-cost opportunity to showcase their innovation skills and capabilities in the same shop window as bigger, more established companies.
ACHEMA 2009 is also hosting a Special Show addressing the green theme of ‘Chemistry and Biotechnology for Renewable Resources and Energy’. To encourage the advancement of sustainable technologies, the event’s organiser is offering exhibitors at this Special Show the chance to participate at special low rate tariffs.
The Congress that runs alongside the exhibition, will feature more than 900 specialist lectures, and offers all exhibitors the opportunity
to explain and illustrate in more detail the benefits of their technologies to the event’s global audience.
