Campbell Scientific are pleased to announce increases in memory on several of their data loggers and the launch of Loggernet 3.4, the latest version of its data logger support software.
Memory upgrades include increased serial flash memory for the CR1000, CR800, CR850 and the CR3000 data loggers; extended from 128Kb to 512Kb. This change means that large CRBasic programs can be used without customers running into ‘CPU drive memory full’ conditions. Memory upgrades for older loggers is possible as a repair.
Additionally, SRAM capacity has been doubled in the CR1000, CR800 and CR850 data loggers; taking them from2Mb to 4Mb. Increased SRAMbrings a big benefit to the user in terms of increased storage for programs and
data; the SRAM is also used by the CPU.
Flash final memory on the entry level CR200 series loggers has also been increased from 128Kb to 512Kb. Customers with older CR200 series models can have the upgrade as a repair should they wish. Prices are
unaffected by this improvement to memory size.
Loggernet, Campbell Scientific’s data logger support software, has been updated with the launch of V3.4 (current build 3.4.1) which provides improved performance on Windows Vista, includes a new version
of SMS, and offers changes to the user interface of Numeric Displays and Graphs. Full details of all products are available on the Campbell Scientific website.
