New Double-Beam Spectrophotometer

Jenway have launched their first double-beam, UV/Visible spectrophotometer.

The Jenway Model 6800 comes supplied with the Flight Deck PC software included as standard. This enables photometric measurements to be made simultaneously at multiple wavelengths, while other

modes for spectrum scanning, quantitation and kinetics enable a full range of analysis to be performed.

Dedicated programmes for DNA/RNA and protein measurement are also included as standard. The use of the micro-cell holder accessory enables sample volumes down to 50 micro-litres to be analysed using readily

available cuvettes.

A wide range of other sampling accessories can be fitted into the large sample chamber, making the Model 6800 a versatile and flexible solution to most UV/Visible applications.
