Specialist electrochemical sensor manufacturer Analytical Technology
announces that the company will celebrate 10 years of business at WWEM 2008, Telford, UK. Analytical Technology has established a strong presence as the de facto provider of water monitors to the UK and Europe, and will be at the exhibition to provide expert advice on implementing instrumentation across a wide range of industries including utilities, manufacturing and processing.
The company will welcome show delegates with an invitation to improve their golf swing on stands 54 and 55 at WWEM, Telford, UK, 5-6 November.
Analytical Technology launched its UK and Europe business in 1998 and the company has enjoyed increasing success. Analytical Technology now offers a complete range of water and gas instrumentation which helps companies to comply with stringent regulations including the Environment Agency, the Drinking Water Inspectorate and EU Directives. The company has provided compliant instrumentation to most UK water providers as well as many companies operating in the industrial sector.
In addition to inviting visitors to discuss their water and gas measurement requirements, Analytical Technology will present a workshop entitled “Do Ammonia Monitors Need to Cost the Earth?” The interactive session, held on Wednesday 5 November at 12pm in Room 3, will focus on the common issues with conventional ammonia measurement, and how to overcome these concerns. Analytical Technology will discuss a novel way to measure ammonia in the final effluent from waste water treatment plants, and a new direct measuring technique based on converting ammonia to chloramine will be presented.
Visitors to the Analytical Technology stand at WWEM will be able to network with industry colleagues and share information on best practices for water and gas analysis. Analytical Technology is also sponsoring sessions with a professional golfer where exhibition delegates will be given the opportunity to improve their swing, with all proceeds being donated to Water Aid. Sessions will be booked on a first come-first served basis, to register your interest please
