Oxygen Measurement Solution for Combustion and Incineration Gases to feature at CEM ‘25

Setnag is showcasing its latest innovation in gas analysis with the MicroPoas® system, designed for precise measurement of oxygen in combustion and incineration gases. Unlike traditional solutions, the MicroPoas® requires no reference gas.

Offering robust performance in extreme environments, Setnag analysers can handle continuous gas temperatures of up to 1300°C, depending on the version. ATK analysers feature a design free from sensitive parts or hot spots inside the duct, allowing gases to circulate naturally for accurate analysis. Its detachable probe tubes enable simple replacement and cost-effective maintenance, while routine cleaning is easily achieved with compressed air or rapid dismantling.

The system operates by directing gases through co-circular tubes to the MicroPoas® sensor, where temperature and voltage signals are collected to determine oxygen concentration. Typical applications include combustion control in power generation and district heating, industrial and domestic waste incineration, VOC incineration, and various process control scenarios.

Setnag will demonstrate the capabilities of the MicroPoas® at CEM Europe 2025, stand 15, offering visitors an opportunity to explore how this innovative solution can improve efficiency and compliance in high-temperature gas measurement applications.
