PCME Ltd (UK), lspecialist in the development, manufacture and supply of particulate emission and flow measurement systems for industrial processes worldwide, has appointed Chris Shelley as General Manager. Chris Shelley succeeds William Averdieck who has served as Managing Director since the company’s inception in 1990.

PCME Ltd, as part of the Environnement S.A Group, have experienced continued growth over the last 26 years and look forward to the next phase of success, building on the company’s strengths and driving long term growth under the leadership of Chris Shelley.

Commenting on his new appointment, Chris Shelley said “PCME is a company that is well positioned for the future. As a market leading supplier of emissions monitoring equipment, PCME has the strength, knowledge and experience to continue to grow and innovate, and I am delighted to be taking over the business at such an important time. I look forward to working with the PCME team to realise the opportunities that lay ahead and to ensure PCME continues to serve and deliver to its existing and new customers.”

William Averdieck added “I am very privileged to have had the opportunity to lead PCME for the past 26 years and in playing a part in the success we have had in establishing PCME as a specialist supplier in the emissions monitoring field. I am delighted to be handing over the reins to Chris whom I know brings the skills, energy and leadership required for the next phase of the company’s evolution, to build upon our strong momentum.”
