ENVEA complete Hycontrol acquisition

ENVEA Global SAS has successfully completed the acquisition of Hycontrol Ltd, the UK-based company that specialises in level measurement, silo protection, and foam control applications. The acquisition will enable ENVEA to expand its environmental management capabilities and offer a wider range of products and applications to its customers.

Hycontrol's products and technologies will complement ENVEA's existing offering and will be distributed through ENVEA's global sales and distributor network.
